My wife and I are passionate foodies. We were looking for a truly memorable food and wine experience for our small Covid wedding (18 people total). The meal and presentation Christian provided were beyond all expectations.

We had four passed appetizers and three courses prepared by Christian. Those were followed by a cheese course and the wedding cake which were plated expertly by him and his team as well.

Every dish was both gorgeous and delicious. All beyond exceptional in taste and presentation. But one stands out in our memories… the duck confit. My wife and I, along with the other wedding guests, love duck and order it frequently in restaurants. One phrase that moving forward will always be repeated is “it’s great, but not as good as what we had at our wedding.”

My husband and I are so glad that we hired Christian to cater our wedding. We had envisioned an intimate dinner to follow our small wedding ceremony and Christian and his team delivered. His team took care of everything and I was able to be in the moment the entire evening (which is quite something for the bride to say!). OPEN FIRE DINNER:
Christian and his team gave my husband a birthday dinner that he won’t soon forget! After an October afternoon of hiking in beautiful Asheville, we returned back to our vacation rental with our family and friends to clean up while Christian prepared meats and vegetables to cook over multiple open fire pits set up in the backyard. Full platters of beautiful Patagonia-style dishes were regularly replenished and we felt so completely spoiled and taken care of (and I didn’t have to wash a single dish!). We are already planning our next group vacation to Asheville so we can hire Christian to cook this for us again!”

He also made bloody Mary’s that were spiced to perfection. I usually don’t care for them but this one was fantastic.
