We offer special occasion coursed dining experiences, canape/cocktail gatherings and curating memories in your home, AIRBNB, or VRBO. We tailor each menu to our clients needs and and preferences. We also offer outdoor open fire dinners too!

Service includes menu created by Chef Christian Albrecht curated based upon the local farmers in WNC, table side service, description of each course, all clean up of kitchen.

Five Course Dining Experience - Our most Popular package. Small plate style offers a variety of 3-4 bite dishes.

Seven course Dining Experience - Tasting menu style offers a variety of 1-3 bite dishes.
